my technique was off since we don't snatch much to often anymore. I missed 225 multiple times on the first rep and finally got it, after that I found my grove.

training might be a little difficult at the moment until the sudden issue gets resolved the next couple of weeks. Ill be doing as much as I can though if time allows me.
